Day 1: Ben Tre, Beneath the Coconut Palms
7:00 AM: Depart Ho Chi Minh City
Your private driver collects you from your hotel for Ben Tre. Glide along small canals shaded by water coconut palms, past villages whose lives are woven around the river. Visit a local brick workshop and discover how coconut candy is made before sharing a lunch rich in Mekong flavours.
Continue to Can Tho, where your boutique countryside retreat offers time to unwind. Settle in, slow down and savour a Southern Vietnamese dinner as your first day in the Delta draws to a gentle close.

Day 2: The Mekong Beyond Floating market
6:30 AM: Set Out with Your Local Host
Meet your host at your accommodation and travel by traditional sampan journey. A small boat brings you close to the river’s working life, with your host helping you understand what unfolds around you.
Cai Rang Floating Marke t: Breakfast Among the Trading Boats
At Cai Rang, discover boats carrying produce, floating kitchens and the routines of a community whose livelihoods follow the river.
Enjoy warm rice noodle soup and Vietnamese coffee served on the water as boats move around you. Your host explains the produce displayed on poles and the exchanges between traders, giving context to the morning’s activity. When circumstances allow and traders welcome a visit, step aboard a fruit boat for a closer glimpse of the goods and life carried within it.
A Family Rice Noodle factory: The Craft Behind Your Breakfast
Visit a family workshop to discover how rice becomes noodles, from preparing the mixture to steaming, drying and cutting the sheets.
Meet the people behind the process and, when production allows, try a step yourself. The bowl you enjoyed on the river takes on new meaning as you see the skill behind a familiar daily food.
Small Canals: Life Along the Water: Continue into narrower waterways, where tropical greenery, gardens and waterside homes draw closer.
From the sampan, notice the ways families use the riverbank: a boat tied beside a house, plants growing at the water’s edge, a small landing connecting home and canal. Your host helps you read these everyday details.
Family Cacao Garden: Walk beneath the trees of a family cacao garden and discover how the fruit is transformed into locally made cacao products.
Taste the results at their source and hear about the family’s work, from tending the trees to processing the harvest.
Seasonal Fruit: Pause for freshly prepared tropical fruit, chosen according to the season. Enjoy a last conversation with your host before returning to your retreat around noon.

Day 3: Discover Tra Su forest
7:00 am enjoy breakfast at your retreat before meeting our host on 7:30 am
7:30 AM- Our guide will pick you up at your hotel and take 3-hour journey through endless rice paddies, while your guide shares fascinating stories about Vietnam’s history, culture before reaching Tra Su Cajuput forest.
Tra Su Cajuput Forest: Step into a poetic landscape where your motorboat carries you past blooming lotuses and floating gardens. Then the paddleboat, quieter and slower, lets you become part of the forest's rhythm. Then, elegant white storks and bright-colored birds were flying through the forest sky. Climb up the tall 14-meter lookout tower for amazing views of the entire green forest. Watch flocks of birds returning to their nests, which creates a beautiful sky.
Enjoy a cozy, rustic, homestyle Vietnamese lunch right in the heart of Tra Su cajuput forest. At the end, you'll carry a piece of this forest in your heart while leaving a piece of your heart behind.
3 PM- We will start the trip back and arrive at your hotel around 6.30 pm

Day 4: Village Paths, a Countryside Welcome
7:00–9:00 AM: Breakfast and a Morning of Your Own
Enjoy a slow breakfast at your countryside retreat, then spend the morning just as you wish. Swim, stroll through the fruit gardens or relax with a book in the shade, listening to birdsong.
3 pm - our host pick up you to discover Mekong Local Life And Rural Village Ride
Scenic Village Ride: You will see real life happening along the water where children go swimming, women wash clothes while they chat and laugh, old men smile and nod as you pass. It's an invitation to see how people actually live, love, and belong to this river.
Local Fruits Discovery: Bike through riverside fruit gardens where golden mangoes, spiky jackfruits, star apples, and pineapples ‘tempt’ you with their seasonal fragrance and flavor. Your guide will share how farmers grow and take care of these tasty fruits.
Rice Fields Experience: Ride past rice paddy fields, taste seasonal fruits, and immerse yourself in the smallest, gentlest moments that stay with you long after everything else blurs.
7:30 pm - Enjoy the Curated Mekong dinner

Day 4: Slowly Farewell
Morning: Breakfast and Time for Yourself
Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation and let the morning unfold slowly.
Take a gentle bicycle ride by your own through nearby village lanes, spend time in the gardens or linger over coffee. These final hours offer time to appreciate the countryside that has become familiar over the past three days.
Around Noon (12 pm): Continue Your Journey
Check out and meet your driver for the return transfer to Ho Chi Minh City.

Chau Doc, for a stay before continuing towards Cambodia.
Rach Gia, for an onward ferry journey to Phu Quoc.
Can Tho Airport, timed around your confirmed flight.
