Your driver collects you from your hotel for Cu Chi, where your guide brings the tunnel network’s wartime stories into focus. Discover the ingenuity behind life underground, with the option to enter a tunnel section at your own comfort.
Lunch: Share a Vietnamese lunch before continuing into Ben Tre’s landscape of coconut palms, waterways and village gardens.
Afternoon: Settle Into Your Eco Homestay in Ben Tre before enjoy dinners with Southern Vietnamese dishes

Day 2: Discover small canal river and riversite villages, brick factory, coconut workshop

Explore palm-lined canals, where waterside homes and village life reveal a closer relationship with the river. Your host shares the stories and details that make this landscape personal.
Visit a coconut candy workshop to follow the making of Ben Tre’s familiar sweet and taste it freshly prepared. Continue to a brick factory, discovering the skill behind shaping clay and firing it in the kilns.

Sit down to regional dishes and fresh herbs, with time to share impressions of the morning before travelling onward.
Afternoon: Your Countryside Retreat in Can Tho
Continue to Can Tho and settle into your boutique retreat. Refresh, enjoy the gardens and savour a little time to yourself.
Evening: Dinner at Your Retreat
End the day with Southern Vietnamese cooking and a relaxed evening in the countryside, ready for the discoveries ahead.

Day 3: Mekong Life and Rural Villages life
7:00 am - Enjoy breakfast at your boutique retreat before our local host come to pick up you on 8 am.
8:00 am -our host meet you at your accommodation.
Scenic Village Ride: You will see real life happening along the water where children go swimming, women wash clothes while they chat and laugh, old men smile and nod as you pass. It's an invitation to see how people actually live, love, and belong to this river.
Local Fruits Discovery: Bike through riverside fruit gardens where golden mangoes, spiky jackfruits, star apples, and pineapples ‘tempt’ you with their seasonal fragrance and flavor. Your guide will share how farmers grow and take care of these tasty fruits.
Rice Fields Experience: Ride past rice paddy fields, taste seasonal fruits, and immerse yourself in the smallest, gentlest moments that stay with you long after everything else blurs.
Local Lunch: Take a seat at a village family’s table for a home-cooked Mekong lunch, where fresh herbs, family recipes and dishes made for sharing offer a warm taste of life in the countryside.

Day 4: Floating market, Small canals, Wetland
6:30 AM: Set Out with Your Local Host
Meet your host at your accommodation and travel by traditional sampan journey. A small boat brings you close to the river’s working life, with your host helping you understand what unfolds around you.
Cai Rang Floating Marke t: Breakfast Among the Trading Boats
At Cai Rang, discover boats carrying produce, floating kitchens and the routines of a community whose livelihoods follow the river.
Enjoy warm rice noodle soup and Vietnamese coffee served on the water as boats move around you. Your host explains the produce displayed on poles and the exchanges between traders, giving context to the morning’s activity. When circumstances allow and traders welcome a visit, step aboard a fruit boat for a closer glimpse of the goods and life carried within it.
A Family Rice Noodle factory: The Craft Behind Your Breakfast
Visit a family workshop to discover how rice becomes noodles, from preparing the mixture to steaming, drying and cutting the sheets.
Meet the people behind the process and, when production allows, try a step yourself. The bowl you enjoyed on the river takes on new meaning as you see the skill behind a familiar daily food.
Small Canals: Life Along the Water: Continue into narrower waterways, where tropical greenery, gardens and waterside homes draw closer.
From the sampan, notice the ways families use the riverbank: a boat tied beside a house, plants growing at the water’s edge, a small landing connecting home and canal. Your host helps you read these everyday details.
Mua Xuan Wetland Experience: Journey deeper into the green wetlands of Mua Xuan by small boat, surrounded by floating vegetation and the sounds of nature. Look for kingfishers, herons and other wetland birdlife, wander beneath the forest canopy, then climb the observation tower for sweeping views across this peaceful landscape.
Lunch in the Wetlands: Slow down over a thoughtfully prepared local lunch in the heart of Mua Xuan, with dishes inspired by the flavours and culinary traditions of the Mekong.
Around 4:00 PM: Return to Your Retreat
Return to your countryside retreat with time to refresh and relax before dinner. Let the day’s encounters settle as you ease into another peaceful evening.

DAY 5: A GENTTLE FAREWELL
Morning: Breakfast and Time of Your Own
Enjoy breakfast and a final unhurried morning at your retreat.
Take a gentle bicycle ride independently through nearby village lanes, spend time in the gardens or linger over coffee. After three nights here, familiar paths and small details offer a personal way to say goodbye.
Around Noon (12 pm): Continue Your Journey
Check out and meet your driver for the return transfer to Ho Chi Minh City.
If your travels lead elsewhere, we can arrange an alternative ending:
Châu Đốc: For a stay before continuing towards Cambodia.
Rạch Giá: For an onward ferry journey to Phú Quốc.
Can Tho Airport: With your transfer arranged around your confirmed flight.
